At Vernissia, we want you to love your nails. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, contact us within 14 days of delivery at vernissianails@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll issue a full refund — no need to send the item back.

Wrong size or fit
Nail sizes are included in every set to fit most nail beds. If the fit isn't right for you, reach out to vernissianails@gmail.com and we'll help make it right.

Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. If you haven't received your order yet, contact us as soon as possible at vernissianails@gmail.com and we'll do our best to cancel it.

Multiple designs, multiple packages
If your order includes more than one design, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. This is normal — rest assured, everything you ordered is on its way.

Processing time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once approved, back to your original payment method.
